Summary0000175: Attribute filters not works with quotation mark in values
DescriptionCreated new attribute. Assigned such values for Clock products:
Product 1: 15"
Product 2: 14"
Product 3: 16
Product 4: 15"
Product 5: 16"
Product 6: 21"

In the frontend, Category list, when selected to filter products by any of the filters with quotation mark " in the value:
1. the filters not works - page reloads with ALL clocks products listed.
except the case when:
2. the value 16" is selected. Then as the result - Product 3 is filtered. The same product is filtered if attribute value - 16 - is selected.

So, if the product has quotation mark in attribute value - it will not be filtered, or wrong product, without quotation in value will be filtered.

Implement fix that quotation marks and other special chars should be handled properly in the attribute filters.
