| Description | The manual does not state that you use an .htaccess with Apache, at least not at http://www.oxid-esales.com/en/resources/help-faq/eshop-manual/dateien-auf-den-server-kopieren-1 . Once a user has discovered this and has reconfigured Apache to allow using .htaccess the user may end up on a "white" or "black" page. That is because of "Options -Indexes" - you turn directory listings off. Looks like you believe your users needs this assistance. However, you now leave Joe Dolittle in the dark because you do not set DirectoryIndex index.php" at the same time. You expect Joe not to know of or forget about "Options -Indexes" but at the same time you expect Joe has set "DirectoryIndex index.php". Do your users a favour and either set both or none of them... | ||||
