Summary0001247: Changing e-mail-address later in order-process produces multiple oxuser entries
DescriptionWhen a new customer enters his e-mail-address and customer information and then continues the check-out process, a new oxuser will be generated in the database, even if the order is not yet issued.

If in the last step before check out customer decides to alter his e-mail-address, he can easily go back to the registration form and change the mail-address.

however, now a second entry will be made in the database.

This is uneccessary and should be taken care of.

Thank you!

Reminder sent to: henriks

Hi,

such behavior happens only when users selects "Without registration" in the 2nd order step. And it works like supposed, because:
such solution was implemented to avoid data leaks when users registers in shops with other person's email address.
We have also request to improve this case, but still need to consider how to solve it in best way.
