Description | A customer wanted to use the payment Klarna but the checkout failed (not sure what happened) during the payment. The order number was set 0. The Log entry for the order starts with: [2022-09-04 04:01:48] OXID Logger.DEBUG: finalizeOrder: Order already exists: 123randomoxidid2344 [...]. The customer tried again to pay with GiroPay but that failed too. We don't have a log entry for that one. | ||||

@michael_keiluweit & @QA I can not comprehend that. I can only imagine the following: KLARNA uses its own onPage controller for the checkout. The PayPal module itself extends a normal checkout in many places. I think that Klarna's onPageCheckout would have to be expanded accordingly. That's why the ticket goes maybe to Klarna. Possibly the whole thing has nothing to do with Klarna, but is also solved automatically by the fixes of 0007357, 0007353, 0007354 Therefore, the first recommendation is to install the module in version 1.2.* or 2.2.* and try again. If the error is still reproducible, then we need more information (logs etc.) |
