Summary	0005783: Duplicated lang key in admin #2
Description	OXDIAG_LIST_MENUSUBITEM and oxdiag_menu have the same value: DE = "Diagnosewerkzeug", EN = Diagnostics tool. Please delete one of these entries as translators are not in a mood to do the same job twice

Those 2 constants are used in different places (menu entry vs. tab) and might be different for a shop. (If one shop owner wants that). Also, they follow two different conventions. We could fix the tab translation by adhering to the convention of the other tabs and simply call it "Main", but that would not really solve the issue and also not help anyone. In our days this also should not be a problem for translators anymore as this will simply be in their translation memory.
